We are a progressive law firm with the principal solicitor having over 20 years of experience in the legal profession. While small, we have some big practice experience. With previous experience working in Brisbane premier legal hub of Eagle Street, we are able to provide the same level of expertise and professionalism locally.

We are a broad service law firm able to service most of our client’s requirements and needs. We don’t provide ‘boiler plate’ solutions or offer short-sighted quick fixes which aren’t in your long term interests. We are committed to providing individualised service to each of our clients ensuring the best result is achieved.

We will take the time to listen and learn about your matter to provide you with the best number of options. More importantly, we happily take the time to explain everything in a way that allows you to make an informed decision.

We are committed to providing you with the best results at a cost effective price. We provide individualised service and while we might not be the cheapest, we believe we provide the best value for money. Our clients recognise that personal care and attention is a value in itself that they don’t get from other law firms.

We focus on building client relationships and we simply expect you to provide proper instructions to us when requested and to be generally available when we need to speak to you. Where we make agreements with you, we expect you to fulfill your obligations as much as you expect us to fulfill ours.

Our main appointment hours are Monday to Friday between 10.00am to 3.00pm. We are happy to be available outside of these hours by arrangement if you are unable to meet us within these times. We are also happy to meet you on weekends by appointment.

A lot of the work we do can be done electronically and some matters can be completed without attending our office. In fact, we have clients all around Australia. If you would like to come in to meet us, we encourage you to schedule a time so we can make sure we are available to see you without waiting.

We provide a cost free initial consultation to understand your matter which usually takes about 5 minutes. This also allows you to get to know who we are and what we can offer. From the initial consultation, we can let you know what we can offer and estimated costs. You can then decide to engage our services.

If for some reason it is inconvenient for you to come to our office, we can arrange to meet you at a more convenient location, for example at your home. We also have boardroom facilities in Brisbane CBD. A fee is normally chargeable in these circumstances which we can advise at the time.

Sometimes clients will have further questions along the way. We are happy to communicate with your via email, telephone or in person to answer all your questions. We understand that dealing with legal matters can be daunting at times, which is why we like to assist you where we can to allow you to understand your matter.
